Cilantro and Green Tomato Chutney

I have a great crop of green tomatoes and cilantro growing in my garden. Usually, I just add them to vegetables, but today I made this chutney, and it turned out really delicious.

I have a great crop of green tomatoes and cilantro growing in my garden. Usually, I just add them to vegetables, but today I made this chutney, and it turned out really delicious.

Clean and wash the cilantro.

In a blender jar, blend the garlic, ginger, and green chili pepper.

Add the chopped green tomatoes and blend again.

Add salt, black salt, cumin seeds, and the cleaned cilantro. Blend until very smooth.

Add the lemon juice.

Your chutney is ready and very tasty! I also added cilantro flowers to mine.

Note: Add the lemon juice at the end (do not blend it), otherwise the chutney may turn bitter.
