Cooking Instructions

Boil water and add salt and olive oil. Then, add the ravioli and cook for about 3-4 minutes or as directed on the package. Drain and coat the ravioli with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Over medium heat, add salted butter and chopped onion. Sauté until fragrant, then add the cream and stir well. Add 2 teaspoons of salt (adjust to taste) and about 2 tablespoons of the ravioli cooking water.

Add chopped parsley and stir until the cream is not too thick or too thin. Turn off the heat and mix in the ravioli until well coated.
