Heat the wok put the mango purée and gelatin, stir to mix it well with low heat until you are sure that the gelatin has dissolved, don't let it boil. Remove from the stove.

Put it in to the mold, chill in the fridge for 2 hours. Then push it out from the mold. You can sprinkle with cornstarch and icing sugar. Yummy 😋‼️❤️
