This is a recipe for soft breadcrumbs.
Steps

You can keep uneaten bread or bread crusts cut off to make sandwiches in the freezer and make them in batches when you have accumulated enough.

Break the bread into pieces in a food processor.
Make them larger if you want a hard texture when you make the fries, or finer if you want a softer texture. - 3
You can freeze them in freezer packs or tupperware.
