It is best to make this in advance, so that you have time to freeze the bananas. Actual prep time can vary - with frozen bananas prep time is about 15 minutes.You will also need a powerful blender (I use the ninja blender) and gallon sized freezer bags.This ice cream is delightfully sweet, smooth, minimal effort and easy to make and clean up. And totally guilt free and diet friendly. Who says you need to give up the best things in life when you can make them just as tasty, but a million times healthier?
