200 gcashew
200 gkhoya
100 gbutter
1lit cream
50 gginger garlic paste
25 gwhole garam masala excess of green cardamom

Make boiled onion paste

Heat oil add whole garam masala cook onion paste till sandy in consistency but don't color it
3

Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and cook further
4

Add cashew paste and cook further
5

Add cream, khoya and butter and finish with garam masala powder if required
