Whipping cream
Nutella
Condensed milk
Dark chocolate
Cocoa powder
Cold water

Steps

Pour the whipping cream in a bowl, add the cold water and mix well

Add the condensed milk, nutella, melted dark chocolate l and cocoa powder then mix with a mixer
3

Pour into ice cream bowl and refrigerate for 6 hours
4

Enjoy🤤. You can also add chocolate topping to garnish it
