Oil ko garam kar ke isme methi dana rai or curry patta add kiya

Phir pyaz or lehsan adrak ka paste dal kar bhun lein.

Hari michen aur tomatoes ka paste add karayn

Bhunne ke baad isme dahi phent kar add karein.

Fish ko achi tarah dho kar isme add karein. aram se mix kar ke 2 glass pani daal kar pakayen. chammach na hila fish toot sakti hai.
