This is a Filipino dish called Lechon Pork Belly! It’s cooked in an oven for 2 hours, 350•F and lower it to 200•F for 2 hours and 400•F for 40 minutes and it’s delicious!

Marinate the pork belly with Garlic,Vinegar,Salt and Black pepper overnight

Fry the pork belly for 2 minutes each side

Frying it for 2 minutes to have a crispy pork belly skin

Prepare the pork belly and the rope
- 5
Make sure to tie nicely and tightly
- 6
Pasting it with oil and soy sauce every 30 minutes and cook the pork belly for 2 hours, 350•F and lower it to 200•F for 2 hours then increase to 400•F for 40 minutes
