Healthy tasty food that I love to make, eat and share through the art of blogging. Everything I wrote still stands, and I am now cooking more than ever. I have discovered fearlessness in the kitchen that I never knew I had and I love it. I used to live in the Middle East for 10 years and I have tasted all types of food. Now, I moved to USA. I have tasted the East,West,North type of food.I was clear from the very first day that I need a blog focusing on quick food to prepare with less ingredients. Creating food stories, recipes, reviews or anything else related to food, whether you wanted to learn or you just want a variety of cooking style sharing traditional food ideas and new found homemade recipes because you have seen many people having one and the perks are lucrative to you. I just want to share my food for thoughts. I firmly believed in particular genres and for me " Jack of all trades, master of none" is not the option when it comes to blogging & for that matter food blogging. However, there are many popular mixed-blogs with no genre at all and they may not feel the same way I am.
