Lilva(pigeon peas) kachori

Wash pigeon peas and chilli properly. Strain the water. Take into mixture jar, graind sami Couarsly.

In a pan heat oil add mustard seeds and hing. When it cracks add pigeon pea mixture, baking soda, mix well. Cook it till raw taste of pigeon pea goes away.

Now add boiled and grated potato mixwell. Add salt, sugar, lemon juice and clove-cinemon powder, mix well. Add coriander mix well. Cool the stuffing.

Now make equal sized balls from stuffing. Same way make equal sized balls from dough. (For making dough mix plain flour, salt, oil to make dough like chapati dough)

Now take one ball of dough roll it to thin. In center of it place a ball of stuffing and fold it as shown in photo. Like wise fold all the kachories.

Hear oil in a pan. At a time add 4-5 kachori to it. Deep fry it till it become pink from all sides. Repeat for all kachoriws. Serve hot with geeen chutney & enjoy.
