I always rinse my mince meat for some minutes then drain out the water and leave aside

Oil in a pot, add mince meat and stir fry until it’s slightly cooked then add garlic paste, 1 chopped ata rodo, salt and 1 knorr chicken …mix together and let it cook
Once cooked remove from pot - 3
In the same pot add chopped onions, tomato paste …let if fry for some mins then add pepper mix and let it cook

Once it’s cooked add maggi,salt, curry, paprika, thyme, chicken seasoning …stir together then add your mince meat and chicken stock

Let it cook for some minutes, add your chopped veggies first

Once the food is almost done add the frozen veggies

Leave it on fire for some minute(low heat) so that your mince meat can cook very well and not have a raw taste
