Steps

Wash n soak sabudana for minimum 2 hrs.

Boil milk in a pan… as it starts boiling add soaked sabudana.

Stir occasionally & then add almonds, saffron & cardamom powder to it.

Check the sabudana by pressing between fingers. if it is done & milk is reduced..add sugar to it.

Cook for another 5 minutes..switch off the flame. Cover it & keep for 5-10mins.

You can serve hot or chilled as per your taste. Enjoy
