Egg Paneer Masala Curry is a protein and vitamin rich meal . Eggs and Paneer are rich sources of vitamin B12, A, D Calcium, Iron Proteins and energy too.
The different spices added to give it a wonderful taste ! Enjoy with paratha, fulka or plain steamed rice!

Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 4Boiled, de-shelled eggs
    Egg Masala Biryani
  2. Paneer 250 GM's (cut in large cubes)
    Republic Day Special Veggie Paneer Paratha
  3. 2 tablespoonsCooking oil
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1 cupChopped onions
  6. 1 cupChopped tomatoes
  7. 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
    Veg Korma and Parotta
  8. Chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder as per taste
  9. 1 tspKitchen King masala
  10. 1 tspGaram masala
  11. 1/2 tspKasuri methi
  12. 1 tspGhee
  13. 1/2 cupWater
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Chopped coriander leaves 1 tablespoon

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a kadhai. Add 1/2 tsp each of turmeric powder, cumin and coriander powder, chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Then stir fry paneer and boiled and shelled eggs in the masala till well coated

    Cook for 2 minutes and then keep aside in another bowl. Heat the kadhai and add rest of oil and ghee.

    Pop cumin seeds. Then saute onions and ginger garlic paste till aromatic and transperant. Then add tomatoes and stir cook for 2 minutes.

    Then add spices, salt, water and mix. Cook covered till tomatoes are soft. Then cool this mixture.

    Grind to a smooth paste. Pour gravy in the kadhai and cook for 1 minute. Then gently add paneer and eggs and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

    Then finish the curry with kasuri methi sprinkled on top and garnished with chopped coriander leaves.

    Serve with naan, paratha, roti or rice. Delicious Egg and Paneer Masala is ready to serve!
