Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 kgfresh spinch
  2. 1/2 cupbeans chopped
  3. 1/2 cupcarrot chopped
  4. 1/2 cupfresh peas
  5. 1/2cup cubbed paneer
  6. 1 tbspcorn
  7. 2onion, grinded alog with 5 cashew
  8. 2tomatoes grinded
  9. 2, 2 each, clove cardamom, bay leaf
  10. 4 black pepper
  11. 1/4 tbspeach turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder
  12. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  13. 4 tbspoil
  14. as per taste salt

    Gather all ingredients

    Boil spinch and make fine paste and keep aside

    Now heat a pan add 1tbsp oil add all cut veggies and add salt and half cook all

  4. 4

    Heat another pan add oil, add Ginger garlic paste, clove, cardamom, cumin saute it, now add Onion paste saute for 2 min, add turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder, mix it now add, tomato paste and cook it till oil became out from it

    Now add, all shallw fried veggies in it saute 2min, now add spinch puree and mix well add salt cover for 2min

    Remove form heat, add cream before off the falme if you want creamy texture, ready, enjoy this delicious sbj milnoi with roomali roti or laccha paratha
