Ingredients

15-20 min
4-6 pople
  1. For pakodas
  2. 2small sliced onion
  3. as requiredCoriander leaves
  4. as required Besan
  5. as per taste Salt
  6. as required Haldi powder
  7. as tasteRed chilli powder
  8. as required Coriander powder
  9. as required Cumin seeds
  10. as required Water
  11. For curd mixture
  12. 0.5 kgcurd
  13. 2 tsp.Besan
  14. 1 tsp.Cummin seeds
  15. as per tasteSalt
  16. 1 tsp.Red chilli powder
  17. 1/2 tsp.Haldi powder
  18. 1/2 tsp.Dhaniya powder
  19. 1chopped green chilli
  20. Final process
  21. 1 tbsp Heated mustard oil
  22. 1 tsp.Methidana
  23. 2-3kashmiri dry red chilli
  24. 1small sliced onion
  25. Garnish
  26. as required Coriander leaves

Steps

15-20 min
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and make pakodas.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients in curd.

  3. 3

    Put the oil, methidana, dry red chilli and onion and cook until onion turns golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add the curd mixture. If required add 2-4 tsp. Water

  5. 5

    Give one boil and add pakodas. Cook it for 5 min on medium flame

  6. 6

    Garnish with green coriander leaves
