Ingredients

15-20 min
4-6 pople
  • For pakodas
  • 2small sliced onion
  • as requiredCoriander leaves
  • as required Besan
  • as per taste Salt
  • as required Haldi powder
  • as tasteRed chilli powder
  • as required Coriander powder
  • as required Cumin seeds
  • as required Water
  • For curd mixture
  • 0.5 kgcurd
  • 2 tsp.Besan
  • 1 tsp.Cummin seeds
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tsp.Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp.Haldi powder
  • 1/2 tsp.Dhaniya powder
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • Final process
  • 1 tbsp Heated mustard oil
  • 1 tsp.Methidana
  • 2-3kashmiri dry red chilli
  • 1small sliced onion
  • Garnish
  • as required Coriander leaves

Steps

15-20 min
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and make pakodas.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients in curd.

  3. 3

    Put the oil, methidana, dry red chilli and onion and cook until onion turns golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add the curd mixture. If required add 2-4 tsp. Water

  5. 5

    Give one boil and add pakodas. Cook it for 5 min on medium flame

  6. 6

    Garnish with green coriander leaves
