Ingredients

1 cupwhite cabbage (about 70 grams)
2boiled beets
1red bell pepper
1yellow bell pepper
2grated carrots
1green onion
1 cupchickpeas (about 165 grams)
black olives
For the dressing:
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 tablespoonpomegranate molasses
salt and cumin

Steps

Chop all the salad ingredients and arrange them in a serving bowl.

Mix the dressing ingredients well, then pour over the salad.

Serve and enjoy!
