I love Pakistani Ommlette it's full of flavour and taste. There are many variations in its making all are good, I also try different ways but this one is in my style as I cook vegetables (half cooked) and than add beaten eggs.I also added milk and besan (gram flour) Do try.

Steps
- 1
Wash and cut all vegetables. Take out eggs in a bowl
- 2
Mix masalay in eggs, add 1/4cup milk in it and mix or whisk well.
- 3
Take a fry pan,put oil or ghee or butter, now add onions and saute till soft and pinkish, flame should be medium low. Add tomatoes, green chillies and green onions
- 4
Cook on medium low flame till they are half cooked (kachi pakki) Add eggs and mix well with vegetables. Now cover the pan flame should be very low (dum wala)
- 5
Add black pepper and green dhania now. Keep on scrapping sides so egg will come out easily in the end. If oil looks less can drizzle little on edges.
- 6
When it's cooked from bottom (you'll feel its got firm) flip or turn carefully and cook on low flame till cooked well it will swell also. It's so tasty and looks awesome. Yeh besan aur milk se phool jata hay magar slow flame n cover.
- 7
Serve with paratha or bread.
