This is beautiful looking healthy Pizza with Vegetables. Plus it's home baked too. Isn't that lovely? With Yeast and Mozzarella Cheese. That's it. Also I had made the crust at home as well right from the scratch. And as can be seen, I have used my favourite Veggies. It is easily baked without much hassles. It has all been done in just about a few minutes. By the time the oven was preheated, I went about getting everything ready. And I had baked the base for nearly 15-18 minutes before proceeding with the rest of the preparations. It's upto you. I wanted a crisp base, so I chose to bake it. So that's it about the whole process.

First of all, warm up your water. To this, add sugar and yeast and let them rest in a warm place. Meanwhile, in another bowl, add in the milk powder, flour, oil, and pinch of salt.

Once the yeast starts to smell and is all bubbled up, it's done. Using this knead your dough. Let the dough rest in a warm place for about an hour. This dough makes two large pizzas.

When the dough is done, divide it into two portions. Roll out each portion ensuring the thickness to be at least half an inch. Only that way, the bread will be fluffy.

Let these Pizza bases rest for about 20 minutes. Spread out the sauce and bake this for 10-15 minutes. Just so that the bread is cooked halfway through. Take it out and spread Sauce at first followed by the Cheese and the Veggies. That's it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 20 minutes or as required. Slice and enjoy. Yum!
