Steps
- 1
In a bowl, mix 2 teaspoons red chili sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, ginger-garlic paste, and black pepper powder.
- 2
Add the paneer cubes and mix well. Then add the cornstarch and mix again.
- 3
Heat a pan and add a little oil. Lightly sauté the paneer cubes on all sides until golden.
- 4
Once cooked, remove the paneer and set aside. Cut the onion and bell pepper into 1-inch pieces and separate the onion layers.
- 5
Add a little oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, add the green chili. Then add the onion, bell pepper, and salt, and sauté briefly.
- 6
Add the red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, and a little water. Cook for a few minutes.
- 7
Finally, add the paneer cubes and mix well. Your chili paneer is ready to serve.
