Wash beef properly n put in a pot, add chop onion, black pepper n ginger powder.

Add salt n seasoning with water n cooked beef till tender n soft.

Pour d meat n stock in a bowl.

Heat a table spoon of oil, add blended scotch bonnet, onion n garlic, fry for 4min.

Add stock n meat, add a tbsp of locust beans powder n bring to boil, allow the locust beans to be cooked well until (fragnant). Add seasoning if necessary

Whisk the boabab powder gently to avoid lumps forming. It should not be so thick or too runny just moderate.

Simmer for 4min.

Serve with pudding (tuwo of ur choice) n enjoy
