Bought some bio beef and looked in my cupboard. Came up with this recipy.
You can eat it the way I did or put it in a wrap, I think it would even be great as a pasta sauce.

Ingredients

  1. 500 grminced beef
  2. 1 tboil of choice
  3. 2medium onions
  4. 2selery sticks
  5. 2 clovesgarlic
  6. 1 tbground cumin
  7. 3 tbsweet paprika powder
  8. 1 tboregano
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tbsugar
  11. 1beef stockcube
  12. 1 canwhole tomatoes
  13. 1 canwater
  14. 1 canblack beans
  15. 75 grshredded cheese
  16. 50 grcanned jalapeno peppers
  17. 1/2tinly sliced Bell pepper
  18. Serving suggestions
  19. Avocado
  20. Tortilla chips
  21. Cooked basmati rice
  22. Coriander

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sweat the diced onions,selery and garlic in the oil for 5 min

  2. 2

    Put in the mince and spices and cook for 8 min

  3. 3

    Put in the tomatoes, water sugar and stock cube cook for about 10 min

  4. 4

    Put in the drained beans, jalapeno and Bell pepper. Cook for another 10 min

  5. 5

    Put on the cheese and put under the grill

  6. 6

    Serve hot with rice avocado and chips
