  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1 tbground cumin
  • 3 tbsweet paprika powder
  • 1 tboregano
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsugar
  • 1beef stockcube
  • 1 canwhole tomatoes
  • 1 canwater
  • 1 canblack beans
  • 75 grshredded cheese
  • 50 grcanned jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2tinly sliced Bell pepper
  • Serving suggestions
  • Avocado
  • Tortilla chips
  • Cooked basmati rice
  • Coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Sweat the diced onions,selery and garlic in the oil for 5 min

    Put in the mince and spices and cook for 8 min

  3. 3

    Put in the tomatoes, water sugar and stock cube cook for about 10 min

    Put in the drained beans, jalapeno and Bell pepper. Cook for another 10 min

    Put on the cheese and put under the grill

    Serve hot with rice avocado and chips
