Mix warm milk and yeast together and leave aside for at least 15 minutes until it is foamy.

Mix the flour, sugar and salt together and thoroughly in a bowl then add the whisked eggs.

Mix properly using a spatula or your hand. Then you add the melted butter and mix thoroughly.
Add your yeast and milk and mix thoroughly (you can use a mixer or your hands) till it becomes a dough. The dough will become sticky and soft. - 4
Return dough to the bowl and cover. Place bowl in warm Place and let it stay there for about an hour.

Mash your sardine. Then add the mashed sardine, sardine oil and knead. Now place dough in bread pan coated with butter and evenly spread evenly in your pan.

Leave to rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Preheat your oven at 280 degrees.

Place the dough on a floured surface so as not to stick on the surface. Sprinkle flour on the dough too.Knead your dough on the surface with your hands. knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes.

After an hour, knead the dough again for about 5-7 minutes and put back in warm Place for another 45 minutes so that it will rise. Bring out then knead again.

When oven is ready, place the pan in oven and bake for 80 minutes. Bring out to air and it’s ready.
