Steps

Heat a kadhai add gram flour and semolina in it,roast it in a low flame

Then add ghee on it......cook for a while

Add sugar,stir it well then pour milk and continously whisk it well
Meanwhile heat a fry pan add 1tsp ghee and roast the cashews and keep aside..... - 4
Then add drop of food colour......stir it well

Add cardamom powder,and roasted cashews....

It's ready....pour it into a plate and garnish with some cashews
