Peel the nduma and sweet potatoes and cut into large pieces

In a sufuria fry your onions.as they turn translucent, add in chopped garlic

Slightly cook that then add in your coconut milk, some salt, and pepper to taste

After it simmers like 5mins, add in the nduma and sweet potatoes then cover. If the sauce is too small you can add in some more coconut milk or water.

Cook covered for like another 10mins in low heat so they cook well and marinate better...

Put off fire. Its ready to serve. You can have this with dry fry chicken or meat, or veggies, or even rice. Even plain is ok. Enjoy
