Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle. Add ginger-chili paste and curry leaves.
Add ridge gourd and 1 cup water. Add salt and turmeric. Cover and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes. - 2
Add patra pieces and mix them well. Add sugar, lemon juice, kothmari, coriander powder and grated coconut.

Mix them very well and cook on a medium flame for another 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish it with coriander.
Turiya Patra Nu Shak is ready. Serve it with Roti, Paratha or Puri.
