Big pot me oil garam karein phr us me sliced ki hui pyaz daal dein or golden fry kar lein

Phr timator daal dein or timatar ko gal jane tak pakain

Phr g.g paste or sare masale or hari mirch daal kar masala bhoon lein zaroorat ho to halka sa pani shamil karein

Jab masala bhoon jae phr us me vegetable add karein or sath me dalia or daalen bhi shamil kar dein.

Ab itna pani daalen ke tamam cheezen gal jaen

Jab sb cheezen achi trha gal jae or mix hojaen to us me leftover qeema or achaar shamil karein sb se aakhir me podina shamil karein aap ka mazaidaar daalcha ready he,garam garam serve karein.
