Mix maida, salt and baking powder and knead to a stiff dough with water.

Heat oil and add onion and garlic.Saute over high heat and add the carrot and cabbage. Cook in high heat till raw taste is gone

Take it off the heat and mix in salt, vinegar and black pepper.

Roll the dough thin and cut into 4"-5" rounds.

Take a round, wet edges and place some filling in the center.

Bring edges together to cover the filling. Twist to seal and fill the rest in the same way.

Steam for about 10 minutes and serve with red garlic chilli sauce.

For chutney
In deep bottom pan, take 2 cup water and add tomato dried red chilli.
Boil for 5 minutes or till tomatoes start peeling its skin - 9
Cool down the blanched tomatoes and chilli.
Once it is cooled down, remove the skin of tomatoes. - 10
Transfer the peeled tomatoes and red chilli into blender.
also add garlic ginger. - 11
Add sugar vinegar salt and
blend to smooth paste without adding water. - 12
Momo chutney is ready to serve
