I’m a fun-loving Sagittarius and I adore mushrooms, especially in a creamy sauce! Here’s an easy, quick, and delicious recipe made with lots of love for kids and the whole family!

Prepare and chop all the vegetables.

In a large sauté pan over high heat, melt the butter. Add the onions and sauté for about 3 minutes until slightly softened. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid, about 5 minutes. Then add the garlic.

Once slightly cooked, add the parsley and balsamic vinegar.

Add the chicken bouillon cube and heavy cream. Bring to a boil and let everything cook together until the sauce thickens.

Finally, add the spices and adjust salt if needed (I didn’t add any because the bouillon cube is salty enough). Serve with rice or pasta, cooking the pasta according to the package instructions. I used farfalle because kids love it! Enjoy!
