Melt ghee. Add tejpatta, cinnamon stick,clove,green cardamom and black pepper seeds.

Add cashew nuts, almonds, raisins. Roast it. add soaked rice. Stir for 1 min

Add fennel seeds,water and jaggery. Add extra ghee and give a boil
- 4
Close the lid and take one whistle at low to medium flame
