Mixed veg with feta cream and boiled eggs

Ingredients

  1. Veg
  2. 200 grgreen beans
  3. 2mini romaine lettuce
  4. 250 gr(cantharel) mushrooms
  5. 1small onion
  6. 8cherry tomatoes
  7. 2 clovesgarlic
  8. 2 tbolive oil
  9. 2 tbbutter
  10. Parsley
  11. 1 tbvegeta or salt
  12. 2semi boiled eggs
  13. Salt and pepper
  14. Feta cream
  15. 100 grfeta
  16. 4 tbsour cream or Greek yoghurt
  17. 2 tbmarinated tomatoes cut
  18. 1 tboil of tomatoes
  19. 1small garlic clove crushed
  20. 2 tbmixed fresh herbs of choice (basil,parsley,mint,chives,...)
  21. Tabasco to taste
  22. Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Clean and cook the beans in salted water

    Slice the onion and garlic, bake in 1 tb butter.

    Add the mushrooms and cook in another tb off butter till golden. Add parsley

  4. 4

    Cut the lettuce into quarters sprinkle with olive oil and salt. Meanwhile heat a grill pan.
    Put the lettuce in the flaming hot pan

    Cook

    Crumble the feta. Put all the ingredients for the cream into a boil and mix

  7. 7

    Serve the veg with the eggs on a big plate.
    Serve with feta cream
