Ingredients

3 people
  • 15 cmKombu dried kelp seaweed
  • 5dried fish (sardine)
  • 1 pack (3 g)dried bonito flakes
  • 800 mlwater
  • 50 gsliced pork
  • 50 gDaikon
  • 50 gcarrot
  • 50 gspring onion
  • 50 gmushroom (Maitake mushroom)
  • 50 gpumpkin
  • 1Aburaage
  • 3 tablespoonmiso

Steps

  1. 1

    Put water, dried kelp and dried fishes and stay for a few hours. Add bonito flakes and start boiling.

    Turn off the flame just before boiling and remove all to make good stock.

    Cut vegetables.

    Put all in soup stock. Simmer for 5 minutes after boiling.

    Put miso in soup and add soy sauce to taste.

    Enjoy with Shichimi chili 🌶 powder.
