Roll out the pie crust and line a tart pan. Spread a layer of rhubarb jam over the bottom.

Peel and thinly slice the apples (an apple peeler works great if you have one). Arrange the apple slices on top of the jam, covering the entire surface.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 35 minutes (more or less depending on your oven).

You can substitute the rhubarb jam with applesauce if you prefer.
