Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 3tuna steaks
  2. 2mangos
  3. 1large cucumber
  4. 1/2red onion
  5. 1/4 bunchcilantro
  6. 2large lemons (about 1/3 cup juice, 80 ml)
  7. 1orange, optional (about 1/4 cup juice, 60 ml)
  8. 1lime, optional (about 2 tablespoons juice, 30 ml)
  9. 2dried arbol chiles

    Cut the tuna into small cubes.

  2. 2

    Finely chop the onion.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, combine the tuna and onion, then add enough lemon, orange, and lime juice to cover. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. You can add soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce to taste.

  4. 4

    Peel and finely chop the cucumber, then chop the mango, chile, and cilantro. Mix them in a bowl.

  5. 5

    Combine all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. You can add avocado when serving.
