Tuna Ceviche with Mango
A delicious, quick, and easy ceviche—perfect for lemon lovers and fans of fresh recipes.

Cut the tuna into small cubes.

Finely chop the onion.

In a bowl, combine the tuna and onion, then add enough lemon, orange, and lime juice to cover. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. You can add soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce to taste.

Peel and finely chop the cucumber, then chop the mango, chile, and cilantro. Mix them in a bowl.

Combine all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. You can add avocado when serving.
