Take oil in a kadai, add 1tsp each mustard seeds, urd dal, chana dal, jeera, 2 green chilies.

Fry till dal is brown. Add chopped onion fry till transparent. Add boiled beetroot, salt to taste. Mix well. Cover and cook for a minute or two.
