Ingredients

15 minutes
2 people
  • 500 gmsbeetroot chopped into small squares and boiled
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1small onion chopped fine
  • 1 tspeach mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, jeera
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2-3green chilies chopped fine

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take oil in a kadai, add 1tsp each mustard seeds, urd dal, chana dal, jeera, 2 green chilies.

  2. 2

    Fry till dal is brown. Add chopped onion fry till transparent. Add boiled beetroot, salt to taste. Mix well. Cover and cook for a minute or two.
