Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup Bajara (millet flour); 1/2 cup wheat flour; 1 cup fresh coriander leaves; 1 cup Methi leaves; 1/2 cup curd; 1 TSP ajwayen seeds; 1 tbsp til; 1 tbsp jaggery powder; 1 TSP garam masala; 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder; 1/4 TSP turmeric powder; 1 pinch hing; 1-2 tbsp ghee

1 1/2 cup Bajara (millet flour)
1/2 cupwheat flour
1 cupfresh coriander leaves
1 cupMethi leaves
1/2 cupcurd
1 TSPajwayen seeds
1 tbsptil
1 tbspjaggery powder
1 TSPgaram masala
1/2 tspRed chilli powder
1/4 TSPturmeric powder
1 pinchhing
1-2 tbspghee

Chopped fresh methi and coriander leaves. Take a bowl add both the flour. Add methi and coriander leaves.

Add jaggery powder, all spice's and 1/2 tbsp ghee. Make a soft dough with curd only.

Make roti with help of flour. And cook them both the sides with ghee. Serve with pickle or any kadi.
