At first take oil in a kadai add jeera and mustard seeds after that gradually add onion chillies and grated carrot

Fry for 5 minutes in medium flame after that add salt, half teaspoon of haldi half teaspoon of red chilli powder and chicken masala also fry for 2 minutes add cooked rice mix well. Lastly add lemon juice mix well put off the gas
