Ingredients

2 people
  • 1 cupfinely chopped pineapple
  • 1 cupdahi/curd
  • as per taste Salt (add less as we will also add black salt)
  • 2 pinchblack salt
  • 2-3 pinchchat masala
  • as required Garnish it with coriander leaf
  • as required Add sugar only if pineapple is not sweet or else don't add

Steps

    In a big bowl add one cup of dahi and whisk it nice...get nice smooth texture

  2. 2

    Chop pineapple...please use sweet pineapple as we are not adding any sugar...if pineapple is not sweet then add 1 teaspoon of sugar

  3. 3

    Add salt, black salt and chat masala and mix well

  4. 4

    Finally add pineapple pieces and keep in fridge for 15-20 mins and serve it with paratha, pulao or biryani
