First of 100 gm oats taken and mix moong dal.

All mixer washing of water

Taken pressure cooker on the gas burner.
Add the oil in medium flame
Add mustard
Add cumin seed - 4
Add all chopped vegetable mix in the cooker and fry in 2-3 min.

Add in mirchi powder
Add in turmeric powder
Add in dhanya jeera powder
Add in garam masala powder
Proper mix all item and fry for 2-3 min. - 6
Add in oats and moong dal in pressure cooker.proper mixing 1 min.

Add water in pressure cooker and proper mix up.

Close the pressure cooker top cover.and pressure cooker 4-5 min Let the whistle blow in medium gas flame.
Stop gas burner.and remove cooker top cover and saw the taxure. - 9
Complete the oats masala khichdi and add green coriander.
Serving in curd.
