Ingredients

2 second each slices in Microwave
4 servings
  1. 1/4 cupPsyllium Husk
  2. 1/4 cupAlmond Flour
  3. 1 CupAlmond Milk
  4. 2 tspOlive Oil or Avocado Oil
  5. 2Large Eggs
  6. 1/2 tspBaking Powder
  7. 1 TbspVanilla Extract

Cooking Instructions

2 second each slices in Microwave
  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add the milk the eggs, vanilla extract for flavor and oil until combine

  2. 2

    Add all the dry ingredients mixed well until look like a batter

  3. 3

    Add your batter in microwave resistant mold i use a container look like sandwich slice i just remove the lid

  4. 4

    2 second in the microwave gonna look darker when its done transfer to pan spray butter and toast

  5. 5
