  1. BROWNIE LAYER, BROWNIE MIX: 1 PACKAGE- 10oz
  2. 2Large Egg-
  3. 1/2 CupVegetable Oil-
  4. 3 TablespoonWater-
  5. PEANUT BUTTER MOUSSE
  6. 1/2 TeaspoonGelatin-
  7. 1 TablespoonWater-
  8. 1 CupSmooth Peanut Butter-
  9. 1/2 CupPowdered Sugar-
  10. CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
  11. 1/2 TeaspoonGelatin-
  12. 1 TablespoonWater-
  13. Chocolate Chips- 1, 1/2 Cup
  14. Heavy Cream- 1, 1/2 Cup
  15. Whipped Cream- 1, 1/2 Cup
  16. PEANUT BUTTER CUP, for Serving-6

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 325°F(160°C).

    Make the brownie layer, in a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, Eggs, Vegetable Oil & water. Stir until the batter is smooth & thick.

    Pour the batter into an 8-inch (20-cm) springform pan & smooth the top with a spatula or knife.

    Bake for 25 mins. Remove from oven & she a spatula to press down the top. Let cool to room temperature.

    Make the peanut butter mousse: in a small bowl combine the Gelatin & water & set aside.

    In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter & powdered sugar until smooth & shiny.

    Microwave the Gelatin mix for 10 secs, then mix into the peanut butter until thick & lumpy. Gently fold in half the whipped cream. Once incorporate, fold I a remaining whipped cream.

    Pour into the springform pan over the brownie base & smooth the top with a spatula or knife. Freeze for 20 minutes.

    Make the chocolate mousse: in a small bowl, combine the Gelatin & water & set aside.

    In a large bowl, combine the chocolate chips & heavy cream. Microwave io n 20 secs increments, stirring between each, until melted.

    Microwave the Gelatin for 10 secs, then add to chocolate mixture. Gently fold in half of the whipped cream. Once incorporated, fold in the remaining whipped cream.

    Pour the batter into the springform pan over peanut butter larger & smooth with a spatula or knife. Freeze overnight.

    Remove cake from the freezer & release the springform. Cut the chocolate peanut butter cups into sixth & evenly place around the rim of the cake, or decorate as desired.

    Let the cake thaw for 15 minutes, the SERVE!
