Heat oil in a kadai add jeera when it crackles add the sliced onions leave 1 /4 cup onions fry till golden brown. Then add the cauliflower and potatoes. Mix and stir fry for few mins

Then add the red chilli powder, dhania powder, haldi powder, jeera powder, kitchen king masala and salt mix it well then add the remaining onions stir fry for few mins then add the chillies and coriander leaves. Cover and cook on slow flame till the potatoes are done.
