Cauliflower, Potato, and Pea Curry

Ingredients

  1. 2 headscauliflower
  2. 4potatoes
  3. 1 teaspoonground coriander
  4. as neededCilantro
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Chili powder to taste
  7. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric
  8. 1onion
  9. 1tomato
  10. 5-6garlic cloves
  11. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  12. 1/2 teaspoondried fenugreek
  13. 1small bowl peas

    First, cut the potatoes and cauliflower into small pieces, wash them well, and set them aside to dry. Also, shell and wash the peas.

    Now, chop the onion, tomato, and garlic. Heat oil in a pan on the stove. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and tomato to the pan and sauté well. Then add turmeric, salt, and chili powder to taste.

    Add the chopped potatoes, cauliflower, and peas. Mix well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

    Increase the heat and add dried fenugreek, ground coriander, cilantro, and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala. Mix well.

    Your cauliflower, potato, and pea curry is now ready.
