Ingredients

  1. 1medium cauliflower
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 2onions
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. As per tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspmustard seeds
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1/4 cupcoriander leaves
  10. 1green chilli
  11. 3 podschopped garlic
  12. 4 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    First wash and cut onions finely chopped and into small pieces and cauliflower florets small.

    Then take a kadhai add oil once heat add mustard seeds when it splutter add cumin seeds and garlic and chilli and then onions and cook for 10 minutes.

    Then add potatoes and cauliflower and mix all well and add lil salt and put flame in low and cook for 12-15 minutes.

    While closing lid.

    Then add turmeric and chilli powder mix all and add salt and cook for 2 more minutes and check with the help of fork potatoes and cauliflower florets are soft.

    And off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.
