  2. 2potatoes
  3. 2onions
  4. 1tomato
  5. 8 clovesgarlic
  6. 6green chilies
  7. 1small piece ginger
  8. 1 tablespooncoriander powder
  9. 1 teaspooncumin powder
  10. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoonred chili powder
  13. 1 teaspoonKashmiri red chili
  14. 1 bowlfresh peas
  15. 1/2 cupmustard oil
  16. 1 tablespoonfinely chopped cilantro
  17. Salt to taste

    Clean the cauliflower and cut it into pieces. Cut the potatoes into large pieces as well. Gather all the ingredients. Chop 1 onion into large pieces. In a blender jar, add the onion, garlic, green chilies, tomato, and ginger, and make a paste.

    Turn on the stove and place a pan. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Once hot, add the cauliflower pieces and fry them, then remove. In the same pan, add the remaining oil and sliced onion.

    Once the onion turns golden, add the spice paste and all the dry spices, and salt. Sauté well until the oil starts to separate.

    Once the spices are cooked, add the potatoes, peas, and fried cauliflower. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes, add 2 cups of water, add the garam masala powder, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes, check if the gravy has thickened. Turn off the stove, add finely chopped cilantro, transfer to a serving bowl, and serve with chapati, puri, or rice.
