Shrimp Paratha

Mix flour,salt & oil very well. Then add water & make a soft dough. Divide it in 4 portion.

Grind the Shrimp in mixer grinder. Keep aside. Heat 2 tbs. oil in kadai. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic & green chillies. Fry it well. Then add grinded Shrimp, coriander powder,red chilli powder & salt. Fry it for 5 minutes in medium flame. Keep aside & cool it. Stuffing is ready.

Take one portion of dough & stuff the Shrimp mix. Roll it & fry it in non-stick frying pan both side in medium to low flame. Use 2 tsp. Oil in each Paratha. Then Paratha is ready to be serve.
