"Knedle" with Nutella

In Serbia we traditionaly fill knedle with plums, or plum marmelade as replacement. Nowadays, traditional recipes get modern solutions and we love it! So I have put nutella inside and its damn good.

In Serbia we traditionaly fill knedle with plums, or plum marmelade as replacement. Nowadays, traditional recipes get modern solutions and we love it! So I have put nutella inside and its damn good.
Steps

Take a baking sheet and put small balls of Nutella using teaspoon and freeze it.

Take a pan and fry breadcrumbs with oil until caramel brown and add sugar as much you like it to be sweet.

Cook the potatoes and mash it into puree. Add yolks, salt, fats and mix it very well. Add flour and make a dough. Add more flour if its sticky.

Take small part of the dough, like half size of your fist. Put one Nutella piece inside and make a dumpling.

Take large pot and let the water boil. Put them inside and cook for 10-15 minutes.

When you take them out, put them in the pan with breadcrumbs and roll them around. Eat them warm!!
