Ingredients

1 sliceSliced bread
1/2Persimmon
1Sour cream
1Cinnamon
1Granulated sugar
1optional... Honey

Steps

Spread sour cream on the bread. Slice the persimmon into 7mm pieces and lay on the bread. Sprinkle cinnamon and granulated sugar.

Bake in the oven until the surface has browned. Top with honey if you like.
