This is the delicious instant dessert which is made of Suji, Milk and sugar syrup added few flavours to taste them more yummy

Take the suji and dry roast till it changes the colour

Next take Milk in the non-stick pan and ghee in the milk and let them boil next add the roasted suji to the milk and mix them well and stir them constantly

You will observe that the mixture leaves the pan turn off the flame and let them cool down for 5-7mins next take a tsp of ghee add Maida and knead the mixture nicely and make small balls. We can make around small 15 balls at a time

Dip fry them till they turns to golden brown colour at medium flame

On Another side take a pan add sugar add water till the sugar dips and make nice syrup of less than 1string add Cardamom powder and saffron and keep aside

As soon as Suji balls fried well just pour them into the syrup and let them soak around 5-7 hours approximately

They are ready to serve now enjoy them in your meals
