    مونگ پھلی کھوپرا تل کو فرائ کرلیں اور پیس لیں

    اب پیاز کو فرائ کریں بنا تیل کہ اور اسکو آدھا کپ پانی ڈال کہ پیس لیں ساتھ بھونا مسالہ بھی پیس لیں

  3. 3

    اب مرچ کو کٹ لگا کہ اک ٹیبل اسپون تیل میں فرای کرکے نکال لیں

  4. 4

    مزید تیل لیں اور اس میں اک کپ اور دو جوے لہسن فرائ کریں دو منٹ پھر گول مرچ ڈال دیں ساتھ زیرہ رائ دانہ لہسن ادرک پیسٹ دھنیہ میتھی دانہ کلونجی اور پیسا پیاز ڈال دیں پھر املی کا گودا ڈالیں بھون لیں پھر ہری مرچ ڈال مکس کریں پانچ منٹ دم پہ رکھ دیں مزیدار حیدرآبادی مرچ تیار ھے
