Chicken should be washed well.
In a bowl, marinate the chicken, ginger paste, garlic paste, tomato puree, green chilli paste, yogurt, sugar, salt to taste and leave for 30 minutes. - 2
Now fry the garlic cloves in a pan with white oil. Fry cinnamon, cloves, small cardamom in this oil for 20 seconds, mix it well with marinated chicken and cover it on low to medium heat for 20 minutes.

When the chicken is boiled and half the water is dry, it should be simmered for 10 minutes with fried garlic cloves.When unloading, spread ghee and take it down
Serve hot with chapati / naan / parotha.
